Delivery Information
- Minimum order value of AED 300 is a prerequisite for confirmed deliveries within Dubai (unless a lower value is pre-approved by Urban Hub General Trading LLC Management)
- Minimum order value of AED 800 is a prerequisite for confirmed deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK, UAQ, Ajman and Fujairah
- Delivery Charge of AED30 will be implemented on all orders below AED300 for shipment within Dubai
- Delivery Charge of AED50 will be implemented on all order below AED800 for Shipment to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK, UAQ, Ajman and Fujairah
- Deliveries within Dubai will be made within 2 working days
- All orders received before 10am will be processed and prepared the same day and delivered within 2 working days (For example Orders placed between Monday - 10am and Tuesday - 9:59am, will be delivered on Wednesday / Thursday)
- Customer is responsible to check all the products for any default, defect or errors before accepting the delivery
- Once delivery is accepted, the sale will be considered final
- Deliveries to other cities (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah) will be made according to the days allotted to each city
