Shipping Policy

Minimum Order Value – Dubai:
A minimum order value of AED 300 is required for confirmed deliveries within Dubai, unless a lower value has been pre-approved by Urban Hub General Trading LLC Management.

Minimum Order Value – Other Emirates:
A minimum order value of AED 800 is required for confirmed deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman, and Fujairah.

Delivery Charges – Dubai:
A delivery fee of AED 50 will apply to all orders below AED 300 within Dubai.

Delivery Charges – Other Emirates:
A delivery fee of AED 50 will apply to all orders below AED 800 for shipments to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman, and Fujairah.

Delivery Timeline – Dubai:
Deliveries within Dubai will be completed within 2 working days.

Order Processing Cut-Off Time:
All orders received before 10:00 AM will be processed and prepared on the same day, with delivery scheduled within 2 working days.
(For example: Orders placed between Monday 10:00 AM and Tuesday 9:59 AM will be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday.)

Product Inspection at Delivery:
Customers are kindly requested to inspect all products for any defects, damages, or errors before accepting the delivery.

Final Sale Confirmation:
Once the delivery is accepted by the customer, the sale will be considered final.

Delivery Schedule – Other Emirates:
Deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah will be made according to the designated delivery days assigned to each city.
